As I look back on the past week and the term as a whole, I’m filled with a real sense of gratitude and inspiration from the experiences we’ve shared.

This week was particularly humbling as I participated in the leadership recruitment process.

It highlighted how essential ethical leadership is to our mission and values. It’s a reminder that our commitment to transparency and integrity is at the heart of everything we do.

I also want to take a moment to acknowledge the Horizons Directors meeting, which was John Holland's final meeting with us.

John has been an indispensable part of our journey with Horizons, dedicating his energy and passion to serving our services users and their families.

His commitment has left a lasting impression, and I extend my thanks to him for his contributions and support. Let’s continue with the same impact as we move forward.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a work environment that meets the diverse needs of our team.

Tonight, I’m excited about the New Bridge fundraising event at Billingtons to support our upcoming trip to Chicago. It promises to be a wonderful evening, and I can't wait to enjoy the live band!

As we reach a two week break, the sun is shining, and it feels like a perfect opportunity to take a break!
