CEO Blog - 24.5.24
As we approach the well-deserved half term break, I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone all the best for the next few weeks.
This past term has been filled with challenges and triumphs, and I am immensely proud of the dedication and hard work demonstrated by each and every one of our teams.
I would like to extend my thanks to all our colleagues, across all of our sites, for their commitment and passion.
Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding work you continue to do in shaping the future of our children and young people.
To all our children, young people and families, I want to say 'well done' you for your remarkable efforts and achievements throughout the academic year so far.
Your resilience and determination inspire us all, and I am confident that together, we will continue to excel and overcome any obstacles that come our way.
I am delighted to reflect on the Communication Works event we hosted at New Bridge School this week. It was truly inspirational to see so many people come to our MAT to share ideas, strategies and best practices.
Communication Works
The passion and creativity displayed during the event reaffirms the exceptional talent we have within our organisation.
On a similar note, I had the privilege of welcoming Luke Sugden to New Bridge School. Luke's outstanding fundraising efforts through his ultramarathon run represents the dedication and community support that we strive to build in our students.
It was a great honour to receive his cheque and celebrate his remarkable achievement.
As we pause for the half term break, I encourage everyone to take this time to rest, rejuvenate and spend quality time with loved ones.
Let's come back refreshed and reenergised, ready to continue making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
Thank you once again for your exceptional contributions and commitment.
Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable half term break.
Clare
P.S. My new headshot was taken by our very own Lewis Orme from New Bridge School, an ex student who now works as part of the team there.
I asked him to "make me look good!" and I am very pleased with his work!
Thank you, Lewis!
