A Week of Progress and Planning at New Bridge Group...

As we inch closer to the Easter holidays, it's hard to believe that we are only a four day week away from a well-deserved break.

This past week has been filled with significant discussions around the future of our organisation...

One highlight of the week was the impactful Heads of Site Development meeting. During this meeting, we dived deep into our accountability processes, ensuring that each step we take aligns with our vision.

The dedication and insights shared during this session will help to set the tone for the future.

Elsewhere, our engagements with Local Authorities have been very promising as well. We have continued discussions aimed at developing the foundation of our estates strategy.

These conversations lay the groundwork for a robust and sustainable future for the New Bridge Group.

Reflecting on the past two years, we have made significant strides as a MAT, and this deserves celebration. As we evaluate the progress made through the MAT action plan, it is evident that everyone's collective efforts have paid off.

This exercise not only allows us to acknowledge our achievements but also serves as a springboard for defining the priorities that will shape the next phases of our development.

It's so important that we carry forward this collaboration and determination. The journey ahead will come with challenges, but with our shared commitment and passion, I am confident that we will continue to shape the lives of the young people we serve.
