A Week of Inspiration at New Bridge Multi Academy Trust!
I am thrilled to share the highlights of my week, where each day brought something new, as it always does!
Monday: The week kicked off with the Future Finders directors meeting, where I was delighted to hear about the remarkable destinations our young people are achieving.
The prospect of more than doubling our numbers for next year is promising too.
Tuesday: A brilliant experience awaited me at Oldham Library, where I had the pleasure of attending the KS4 and 5 Lumenus performances centred around musicals.
As a musical enthusiast myself, I was almost tempted to join the performers on stage!
Wednesday: Engaging discussions about the upcoming plans for Samuel Laycock and Hollinwood filled my day.
Witnessing the Talk for Writing work by the children, which they eagerly shared with Mrs. Millard, was a testament to the creativity and dedication within our schools.
Thursday: It was an emotional day of farewells, starting with the Closing Celebration at Hawthorns as we bid farewell to the current site and anticipate the new beginnings in September.
The students' inspiring work showcased during the celebrations left a lasting impact.
Later, at the New Bridge College, the Future Finders leavers Ceremony was a poignant event.
The gratitude expressed by our students towards the staff, coupled with the diverse opportunities offered, highlighted the nurturing environment we all work so hard to provide.
And now it's Friday!
As we look ahead, I am looking forward to hearing about the upcoming proms, where our students will show off their glitz and glam.
I want to thank all our stakeholders for their continued support and dedication.
Stay tuned for more updates and stories as we head towards the end of a successful academic year.
